❑ Больным с неблагоприятным прогнозом, для которых наибольшее значение приоб-ретают сроки наступления противоболе-вого эффекта, а не репаративные процес-сы в метастатическом очаге, более целесо-образно проводить лучевую терапию в ре-жиме крупного фракционирования. 2. Системная лучевая терапия показана больным с множественными костными метастаза-ми, сопровождающимися болевым синдромом. Предпочтение необходимо отдать больным с преобладанием остеобластического компонента в очагах поражения, а также в случаях низкой эф-фективности локальной лучевой терапии и реци-дивирования болевого синдрома.

3. Сочетание локальной и системной луче-вой терапии повышает эффективность лечения в результате усиления противоболевого эффекта и репаративных процессов в очагах костного мета-стазирования.
