В настоящем сообщении мы сочли целесообразным поделиться
многолетным опытом диагностики и консервативного лечения
врождённого вывиха бедра у детей до 3)летнего возраста в сроки
наблюдения от 3 до 10 лет. За этот период консервативное лече)
ние проведено 1139 детям в возрасте от 2 мес. до 3 лет. Мальчи)
ков было 227(19,93%), девочек — 912 (80,1%). Двусторонный вы)
вих бедра отмечен у 687 (60,3%) детей, односторонний — у 452
(39,7%). Были применены вправления врожденного вывиха бедра
путем лейкопластырного вытяжения по Мао, этапные гипсовые
повязки по методу Г.М. Тер)Егиазарова)Шептуна и на шине ав)
тора.
На основании анализа полученных данных рекомендованы наи)
более рациональные методы консервативного лечения патологии
тазобедренного сустава в каждом конкретном случае.
In hereby report we found it necessary to share with experience in
diagnosis and conservative way of treatment the thigh dislocation in
extraordinary clinic of Kibrai district of Tashkent region in travmotol)
ogy)orthopaedic children's department among children under 3 years
old, the study was being made during 3)10 years.
On the ground of obtained results, recomended the more rational and
conservative methods of treatment of hip's Joint pathology in each indi)
vidual case.
Hereby report is founded on analysis results of conservative treatment
of thigh's inborn dislocation, among children from 1985 to 1995 period,
the conservative way of treatment had been used on 1139 children in age
group from 2 mounths to 3 years old. The total amount of boys were 227
(19,93%), girls 912 (80,1%). The double)sided dislocation were regis)
tered among 687 (60,3%) children, one)sided among 452 (39,7%). The
reduce of inborn dislocation was made by method of leicoplasteric stretch
by Mao, gradually stretch during 15)20 days, reducing without advance
stretching with following treatment in functional gypseous bandage)bed)
stead, line)of)communication bandage under G.M. Ter)Egizarova's
method and on author's splint.
